The West Winch Village Hall is located in the village of West Winch and is the Village Hall for the villages of West Winch and Setchey. The Village Hall is available for hire by anyone at very reasonable rates. It is next door to the William Burt Social Club and they will provide a bar at no extra cost. It is a large hall and can take up to 200 people for dancing or 230 people for a seated event, such as film shows or meetings.

WEDDING VENUE: Please note there is a Special Hiring Rate for Wedding Receptions. Hire the hall from Friday 1pm until Sunday 12 midday and it will cost £300 for residents of West Winch and Setchey and £400 for others. The large hall is ideal for Wedding Receptions. There is plenty of room to have an area around the bar, lovely decorated tables and chairs for your guests, an area for a buffet and room to dance on the sprung floor. AVAILABLE DATES: The 4th Thursday of each month in 2018 from 12.30pm until late are available to a regular hirer. And Wednesday evenings are free during July and August 2018. You may wish to have film shows, keep fit, weight watching, social gathering or other regular event….
SHORT MAT BOWLS – Instead of staying in and watching TV on a Monday afternoon, come along to the hall on 8th January 2018 between 2pm and 4pm and have a go at Short Mat Bowls.We have the hall, equipment and coaches, we just need you to come along, bring flat soled shoes, enjoy yourself and want to come again.
